I have  had an in interest in  mental health for many years and I am a  Registered  Mental Health  nurse with almost 40 years. experience.  I  practiced solution focused therapy (SFT) and found that clients responded positively to this approach, setting  them on a road to recovery and   rediscovery of their  strengths and inner resources.  Combining SFT with hypnosis  has proven to be very successful.
